Barbara Toliver

Barbara Toliver, age 72, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on September 7th, 2020 at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born in Orange County, Indiana on January 21st, 1948 to Samuel Hammond and Mildred (Wininger) Hammond.

Barbara married John Toliver on September 9th, 1967 and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; (2) Brothers – David and Sammy Hammond; and (1) Son-in-Law – Russel Royer.

Barbara was a member of the Springs Valley Christian Church.

She had been a CNA and had worked at Gentlecare and Paoli Nursing Home; and on the grounds and construction for Pritchett Brothers at the West Baden Springs Hotel. 

Barbara loved spending time with her family and going on vacations in the Smokies.

She is survived by:

Jennie Buffington (Jim) French Lick, Indiana

(6) Grandchildren Levi Glass, Samuel Glass, Dakota Royer, Jovannah Royer, Natasha Marks and McKayla Marks.

(1) Great-Grandchild Rumauri Mitchell

Several Nephews, Nieces, Great-Nephews and Great-Nieces also survive.

VISITATION
Friends may call on Friday, September 11th, 2020 from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.

Private Services will be held.
