Betty Louise Mahan Morris, 94, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on July 29th, 2024 at Brookside Village in Jasper, Indiana.
She was born in West Baden Springs, Indiana on November 26th, 1929, to Lacy C. and Esther (Pinnick) Mahan.
Betty married William (Bill) J. Morris on April 19th, 1949 and he preceded her in death on June 4th, 2002.
She was also preceded in death by her Parents; Sisters – Geneva Mahan, Billie Mahan, Helen Beatty and Brother-in-law Robert Beatty; and Brother – Wallace Mahan and Sister-in-law – Bonnie Mahan.
Betty graduated from West Baden High School with the class of 1948 and Chenault School of Beauty Culture in Tuscan, Arizona in October of 1950.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Baden, 25-year Honorary member of The Alpha Upsilon Chapter of PSI IOTA XI Sorority of West Baden, Valley Red Hats, TREA National Auxiliary and Retired Enlisted Association.
Her passion was supporting her sons in their careers, her greatest joy was taking trips with them and visiting in their homes in several states. She also loved her flower garden and to read books; her favorite author was Nora Roberts. She enjoyed all her lady friends and had great respect for each.
Betty is survived by:

William Craig Morris of French Lick, Indiana
Kevin Morris (Jeff Gering) of San Diego, California

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Ames Chapel Cemetery.
VISITATION
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
