Charles Allen "Cap" Perkins

Charles Allen “Cap” Perkins, age 59, of Paoli, Indiana, entered into eternal rest to join the love of his life Connie on June 10th, 2021 at IU Hospice House in Bloomington, Indiana.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 17th, 1962 to Roger Walter Perkins, Sr. and Karen L. (Hammond) Doris.

Charles was preceded in death by his Parents; (1) Brother – Roger Walter Perkins, Jr. and (1) Sister – Carol Ann Perkins.

He was a minister with the Universal Life Church, a self-employed carpenter, enjoyed “tinkering” with everything and was an avid woodsman.  He especially loved being Papaw “CAPaw” to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Charles is survived by:

CELEBRATION OF LIFE CEREMONY
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at Pioneer Mothers Park outside Paoli, on Saturday, June 12th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The family requests all who join bring a chair, stories and a side dish.

Cremation was chosen with burial in Piper City, Illinois at a later date.
