Clarence William Barkley

Clarence William Barkley, 83, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on December 2nd, 2023 at 
Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville, Indiana,

He was born in New Castle, Indiana on June 10th, 1940. 

Clarence married Netta Mae Kalb on May 18th, 1957 and she preceded him in death on July 17th, 2021.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and son – Roy Barkley.

Clarence had been a truck driver most of his life and retired from Scott Daugherty Trucking.

He enjoyed watching NASCAR and Westerns and his grandsons’ sporting events when they played.

Clarence is survived by:

Daughters – Ruth Meehan (Robert) of French Lick, Indiana
             Linda Radtke (Stewart) of French Lick, Indiana

Brother – Jimmy Barkley of New Castle, Indiana

Grandchildren – Jason Lowe; Kendra and Cody Radtke; Christopher and Mark Meehan; Justin Barkley and 
Jennifer Carnes.

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt and Pastor Timothy Fleace on Wednesday, 
December 6th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick, Indiana with burial to follow 
at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. and from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
