DeAnn Conrad, age 51, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on May 26th, 2015 at her residence.
She was born on February 21st, 1964 in Bedford, Indiana to Don and Delores “Dody†(Ballard) Conrad.
DeAnn was preceded in death by her father.
She graduated from Springs Valley High School and worked in the retail business.
She is survived by:
Mother Delores “Dody†Conrad French Lick, Indiana
(1) Sister Keely DeHart Bloomington, Indiana
(2) Nephews Conner DeHart French Lick, Indiana
Garrett DeHart French Lick, Indiana
(1) Niece Adriana DeHart Bloomington, Indiana
A Private Graveside service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in Cane Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Orange County Human Society, 856 N Greenbriar Dr. Paoli, IN 47454.
