Elsie Belcher

Elsie J. Belcher, 92, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on February 1st, 2025 at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, Indiana.

She was born in Paoli, Indiana on April 21st, 1932 to Emery and Beulah (Smith) Campbell.

Elsie married Joe Belcher and he preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her Parents; Brother – Jerry Campbell; Son – Phillip Wininger and Granddaughter – Kresta Wininger.

Elsie graduated from French Lick High School and retired from Springs Valley Bank and Trust.

She enjoyed crafts, painting and traveling with Joe.

Elsie is survived by:

Son – Ronnie Wininger of Orleans, Indiana

Daughter – Rosanna Gilmore (Cecil) of French Lick, Indiana

Cremation was chosen.
