Joseph "Joey" McDonald

Joseph “Joey” McDonald, age 56 of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on January 5th, 2024 at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on June 11th, 1967.  Parents are Jerry McDonald and Mary (Faulkenburg) Seifrig.

Joey was preceded in death by his Father and (1) Sister – Dana McDonald.

He had worked for Townsend Tree Service and then started his own business selling many different things and was known 
in the community as the “Junker”.

Joey enjoyed collecting antiques and other items, his Ford Trucks, rock music (especially the band Kiss), and most loved 
spending time with his grandchildren.  He loved people and would do anything to help someone.

He is survived by:

Mother – Mary Seifrig of French Lick, Indiana

Daughter – Erika Conrad Sylvester (Brandon “Sly”) of French Lick, Indiana

Sisters – April McDonald of French Lick, Indiana
     Carrie Bennett (Aaron) of French Lick, Indiana

Grandchildren – Paige and Korbyn Sylvester

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on January 12th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow.

VISITATION
Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, January 12th, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
