Mary Marie Cox

Mary Marie Cox, 83, of Avon, Indiana, formerly of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on December 25th, 2019 at Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, Indiana.
She was born in French Lick, Indiana on April 30th, 1936 to Chester Smith and Bernice (Luttrell) Marlett.
Mary married Samuel H. Cox on May 22nd, 1952 and he preceded her in death on October 29th, 2015.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and (1) Brother – Leon Smith. 
 
Mary was a member of Women of the Moose, and had worked as a secretary retiring from Crown Moving and Storage in Indianapolis.
She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, her flower garden, playing bingo, and loved listening to country music.

FUNERAL CEREMONY 
A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 4th, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in 
French Lick, Indiana. Burial will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, French Lick, Indiana. 

VISITATION 
Friends may call on Saturday, January 4th, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Mount Lebanon Cemetery Fund, c/o Wayne Ferguson, 9711 W. State Rd 56, French Lick, IN 47432.
