Mary F. Cox

Mary F. Cox, 97, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on December 14th, 2022 at Westridge Health Care in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born in New Albany, Indiana on December 31st, 1924 to Harry and Margretta (Ducker) Stocksdale. 

Mary married Henry Cox on January 12th, 1946 and he preceded her in death on December 16th, 1999.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Mary was a homemaker and along with her husband Henry were very active members of Cane Creek Christian Church in French Lick, Indiana.

Mary volunteered for many things including helping with Bingo at Medco.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, her church family, and neighbors and friends – Mary was a very caring person who would be there for anyone who needed help or a good hot meal.   

She is survived by:

(1) Son – Paul Cox of French Lick, Indiana            

(1) Daughter – Rosemary Daugherty of Terre Haute, Indiana                

(2) Grandchildren – Tracey Claussen (John) of Terre Haute, Indiana
                               Melissa Gilbert (Jared) of Orleans, Indiana
            
(9) Great-Grandchildren

(2) Great-Great Grandchildren        

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted on Friday, December 30th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home followed by the Committal Service at Cane Creek Church and burial at Cane Creek Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation will be on Friday December 30th, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
