Melissa Ann Drake, 42 years young, of Jasper, Indiana entered into eternal rest on May 5th, 2016 at Good Samaritan Society - Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper, Indiana.
She was born on January 2nd, 1974 in Lafayette, Indiana to Dennis and Linda (Kellams) Drake.
Melissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Claude and Helen Drake.
She was a member of the Shiloh Methodist Church in Jasper, Indiana.
Melissa is survived by:
Parents Dennis and Linda Drake Santa Claus, Indiana
Maternal Grandmother Pauline Parks Bedford, Indiana
(1) Sister Michelle Lynette Borton Lafayette, Indiana
Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
The Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel in French Lick, Indiana at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 by Rev. Craig Chestnut. Burial will follow at the Ames Chapel Cemetery in Paoli, Indiana.
VISITATION
Friends may call on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Ames Chapel Cemetery Fund, 6487 West County Road 175 South, French Lick, Indiana 47432.
