Nick Phillips

Donald “Nick” Phillips, 78, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on April 4th, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

He was born in French Lick, Indiana on May 9th, 1944 to Claude and Ruth (Knight) Phillips.

Nick married Judith Ranger on January 8th, 2000 and she survives.

He was preceded in death by his Parents; (2) Brothers - Gerald and Roy Phillips, (1) Sister – Mary Sue Wheat and (1) Grandson – Jason Phillips.

Nick proudly served his country in the United States Army where he was a Purple Heart recipient, a member of the Paoli VFW, and the American Legion Post 76. He enjoyed playing golf, working at the Donald Ross golf course and doing crossword puzzles.

            Shelly Probasco Cooper (Tom) of Brazil, Indiana
            Lisa Jones (Charlie) of Huntingburg, Indiana
            Teresa Morrison (Kevin) of Huntingburg, Indiana
        
(7) Sisters - Betty Raven (Bob) of Alfordsville, Indiana
        Linda Huff of Hillham, Indiana
        Sandy Alspaugh (Harold) of French Lick, Indiana
        Molly Reese (Dan) of Mitchell, Indiana
        Reta Smith (Bill) of French Lick, Indiana
        Pam Rausch (Glen) of French Lick, Indiana
        Judy Beck (Edward) of French Lick, Indiana         

(3) Grandchildren - Justin Phillips, Scotty Tedrow and Tasha Tedrow Reese     

Several Step-Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Step Great-Grandchildren also survive. 

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A funeral ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt and Pastor Jason Lindsey on Monday, April 10th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

VISITATION 
Visitation for friends and family will be Monday, April 10th, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick, Indiana.
