Perry Francis Shields

Perry Francis Shields, age 57, of, Jeffersonville, Indiana, formerly of French Lick, Indiana, passed away on January 1st, 2019 at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville, Indiana.

He was born in French Lick, Indiana on March 22nd, 1961 to Levi L. and Anna Lee (Rominger) Shields.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents and (1) nephew – Gared Blake Allen.

He was a 1979 graduate of Springs Valley High School.

Perry is survived by:

(3) Sisters                                            Suzanne Emmons (John)                     West Baden Springs, Indiana

                                                            Donna Allen (Goose)                           West Baden Springs, Indiana

Several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews also survive.

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Sunday, July 7th, 2019 at the Ames Chapel Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
