Rick King

Rick King, age 65, of Hillham, Indiana entered into eternal rest on February 7, 2025 at Memorial Hospital and Health Center in Jasper, Indiana.

He was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on April 30th, 1959 to Kenneth and Mary M. (Nicholson) King.

Rick was preceded in death by his Parents, Son – Ricky L. King and Brother – Jack King.

He had worked at Jones and Sons Concrete and Solar Sources Coal Mine.

Rick was a member of Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church in French Lick.

He loved camping, fishing and mushroom hunting.

Companion – Dawn Linne of Hillham, Indiana

 Sons – Derrick King of Washington, Indiana and Justin King of Washington, Indiana 

Brother – Mike King of Dubois, Indiana

Sisters – Linda Deal (Terry) of Overland Park, Kansas, Lisa Hammond (Jay) of French Lick, Indiana and Mary Busick (Dave) of French Lick, Indiana

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted by Father Randy Summers on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church, French Lick, Indiana.

Cremation was chosen and burial will be at a later date at Patoka Chapel Cemetery.
