Ruth Conrad

Ruth Conrad, 73, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on November 2nd, 2024 at her residence.

She was born in Washington, Indiana on November 3rd, 1950 to Charles Edwards and Dorothy (Hopkins) Tuzynski.

Ruth married George “Mike” Conrad on September 15th, 1967 and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter – April Dawn Conrad and Grandson – Nicholas Shawn Conrad.

Ruth previously was a dispatcher for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, worked in management for several restaurants and for MasterBrand Cabinets.

She enjoyed knitting, collecting antiques, reading and loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ruth is survived by:

Husband – George “Mike” Conrad of French Lick, Indiana

Son – Nicholas Aaron Conrad of French Lick, Indiana

Daughter – Tabitha Lynn Conrad of Shoals, Indiana 

Brother – Richard Lee Holt (Nina) of Bedford, Indiana

Sister – Brenda Jane Murray (Vic) of Bedford, Indiana 

(7) Grandchildren (9) Great-Grandchildren 

Several Nieces and Nephews and lots of other kids raised by Ruth and Mike

 Cremation was chosen.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

A Celebration of Life will be Friday, November 8th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date at Spring Hill Cemetery in Shoals, Indiana.

VISITATION 

Visitation will be Friday, November 8th, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, 9640 W. State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432 to assist with funeral expenses.
