Ruth Alice Worak

Ruth Alice Roach Worak, age 90, formerly of French Lick, Indiana passed away on November 27, 2013 at the Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  

Ruth was born on August 3, 1923 in French Lick, Indiana to Elmer S. Roach and Lora Kendall Roach.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Worak , parents,  brothers Orville, John, Austin, Roy and
Junior Roach, sisters Ruby, Dorothy, Mary and Esther.

She was a retired beautician.

Ruth is survived by:

(1)  Sister Hazel Carter, Huntington, Indiana


A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 5, 2014 the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.

Officiating Jim Tritle.

Burial will be at a later date at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, French Lick, Indiana.
