During her lifetime, she loved spoiling numerous stray dogs and cats (especially cats) which somehow showed up at her house. The staff at Springs Valley Meadows said Shelia could spot the resident cat when she couldn’t see anything else! She collected many quilts that she gifted to her children and grandchildren.
