Tonya Kay "Connie" Mason

Tonya Kay “Connie” Mason, age 71, of French Lick, Indiana, entered into eternal rest on March 7th, 2025 at her residence.

She was born in Indiana on November 22nd, 1953 to Louis and Naomi (Alsup) Lovins.

Connie was preceded in death by her Parents and Son – Jay Dee Lovins.

She had worked at the Jay-C store in French Lick.

Connie loved to sing and had made a record in Nashville when she was only 17. She has photos with some big-name country singers before they became famous.

She is survived by:

Daughter – Barbie Lovins

Son – Shannon McCrary

Brother – Dale Lovins

Sisters – Belinda Simpson and Terry Taylor

Grandchildren – Kristina McKinney, Dakota and Dillon McKinney, and Sabryna and Emma Mason

Several Great-Grandchildren

VISITATION

A Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until Noon at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.

Cremation was chosen.
