Virginia Harris

Virginia “Jenny” Harris, age 88, of French Lick, Indiana passed away November 18th, 2012 at Medco Health and Rehabilitation Center in French Lick, Indiana.

She was born on September 24th, 1924 in Gary, Indiana to Oliver and Audrie “Chastain” Hanger.

She married Dean Harris on December 23rd, 1943.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star. She graduated from French Lick High School Class of 1941.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by:

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 24th, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana. Friends may call on Friday, November 23rd, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.  

Bro. John Moffatt will officiate.  

Burial will follow at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery in French Lick, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
